Within each company there are maintenance operations to be carried out periodically at the IT Infrastructure level. The infrastructure must be kept up to date, the necessary security measures taken and the applications monitored and maintained online according to the ALS. Not all companies have the resources to do this and to solve this problem Unity comes to your support.
- We remotely manage the IT infrastructure of our customers and/or end-user systems, usually proactively in the form of subcryption depending on the complexity and number of equipment and applications;
- Help Desk support for end user on site and remotely depending on customer needs;
- IT infrastructure management (on premises, private cloud, hybrid or public cloud);
- Our ITSM processes are implemented according to ITIL (incident, request, change and problem management) and we use the ticketing system to keep all customer requests recorded;
- All managed applications and infrastructure are monitored by our monitoring system.
